I am reporting a scam that has already seemed to affect others, US Work Alliance advertising and representing themselves as the USPS Postal Service ripping people off for a $149.95 fee to take what is supposed to be a test for employment with the USPS Postal Service. I consider this outrageous and illegal, because US Work Alliance is in no way affiliated with the USPS Postal Service. I am willing to take whatever action is necessary to ensure that I am refunded my $149.95 and others do not become victim to this outlandish scam.

Sounds to me like another one of those cases where you changed your mind on getting employment with the USPS or you're not willing to take the necessary steps in going forward. Testing Authority provides you with not one but 2 things stating they are not affiliated with the USPS. The first one is in the ad that states placed by ad source not affiliated with USPS who hires; the second is on the recording that you can't avoid listening to before a representative will answer the phone. So please don't sit there and say you did not know that much. Testing Authority also provided you with a refund policy. Lets go over that. Why don't you get the refund policy and lets compare notes... Refund Policy You will be refunded upon your request: 1. If you fail the exam 2. If you are not offered a job on your first interview 3. There are no job openings within 100 miles within 12 months requiring exam 460, 473, or 473-C. 4. Once you complete your first full week as a new postal employee Now, lets go on.. What have you done to move yourself forward? Have you bothered calling customer care for assistance on going forward and steered away from whining about a refund as you are not eligible for yet? I challenge you to call customer care. There hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 10pm EST, Saturday from 9am-6pm EST, and they are closed on Sundays. I wish you the best.
