you say you guys don't do unauthorized withdraw. I beg to differ as a charge form you folks popped up out of no where and about cost me and overdraft fee. your customer service if you can call it that tried to feed me a line that i had gotten physical and emails with gifts from your so called company.
I have not gotten either as I have no idea who you people are, i had to dispute that today, get a new card and wait for my money to be returned, i have a fixed income and would like to thank your slimey buissness ethics. you really just need to return the money you have stolen from people.
i see claims going back to 04 on here.

My son who is unable to speek, read or wright had $149.85 stolen from his bank account by USA BENFITS. I called them and several days later they put the money back into his bank account. The bank had to cancel his debit card because of the theft. How did they get his banking information? He is unable to sign up for anything. We did report the theft to the FBI. How are they doing this?
