I was contacted today by one of the program directors at USA card services and he was very patient and tried to address most of my doubts and complaints. My account is now cancelled and I will not have to go through with the lease. I just wish their salesmen who speaks to you originally, would be more informative and less eagre to close the deal by devious methods. As for the credit card equipment that I and every one else has a problem with, I was told today that I would have to use that for every transaction on the net and if i wanted to add an automated system to my website, it would cost me $10 more/month. I refused to receive the credit card equipment when it arrived by fedex this morning and I now realise this business isn't what I had in mind and if I was given all the facts initially, I wouldnt have signed up. I posted my original complaint because i couldnt get in touch with anybody in USA card services with whom i could discuss all the complaints that I have come accross on this site and now I wish every one else here, the best of luck in their home based business endeavours and am thankful to the program director of USA card services for clarifying most of my doubts and being quite helpful and understanding. I think every one should try contacting the support team in USA card services to try and find a solution for their situation.
