USA Credit had fraudulently charged my bank account for almost US$200 ($149.95 on 08/03/2004 and $9.95 monthly afterwards for 7 months) until I found out early in March, 2005 from my bank's statement that there were so many charges that I was not awared of that had been taken out by USA Credit.

I was referred to talk to 'Compliance Officer' of USA Credit Jacqueline Joseph (1-800-447-1252 Ext. 301), here after "Smith".

I was instructed by Smith to file the police report with local police station which I did in March.

After I mailed the police report to them I expected to get the refund. I didn't I was asked by Ms. Smith to give her the police officer's phone number so that she could talk with him directly.

After I gave her the phone number she stated she would fax a form to the police station and instructed them to issue a subpoena to the ISP in order to find out from the ip address who is using my identity to take the money out of my bank.

Two months has gone by Smith was lying about the conversation she had with the police officer. After myself and police station spent so much time in dealing with this issue Smith now gave me the reason that they cannot refund me the money because they have 30 day cancellation refund policy. She stated that they sent the welcome kit to my address and did not receive the phone call to cancel. But they were lying as I did not receive any kit or information from USA Credit at all.
