rebuttal on behalf of USA Credit is pure nonsense!

The rebuttal on behalf of USA Credit is pure nonsense. I am a victim myself, and did read the fine print. They debited the entire amount in my checking account. In fact, 30. over my balance.

Under penalty of perjury, I signed to enlist my bank's involvement. The bank first tried to contact them at a 1.800 phone number, which is either bogus, or never has anyone available to answer it. E-mails were also ignored. The following month went without incident.

The third month following the incident, they did it again, only for a miniscule amount. That sent a red flag up to both myself, and Erin the bank manager.

It appeared that they were testing the waters, and if a small amount passed, they'd try again for the biggey. I filled out another statement. Again my bank reprimanded and got my money back. Now how can they claim ignorance, and misunderstanding on the consumer's end, when they continue to use our routing number to access unauthorized funds. It is a ripoff all the way. Firstly, The internet ad is misleading, and leads one to believe that he/she was approved for a credit card. I at first did not believe it, as I have run into many scams on the net, and don't trust any of them. Also, it was a tight month for finances, and I could not afford to misunderstand anything, as I was planning to treat my daughter to a makeover in Oklahoma City that month.

However, their ad sounded so good, that I thought that should I read somewhere in their material that there would be a nominal charge, that I would save it to bookmarks, and take advantage of it the following the month. I read no such thing. They say that they need your routing number for verification. You know, one thinks for payments in the future, when one uses the credit card, like a visa or master card. Then I got a card in the mail. I then realized it was for their merchandise only.

I tried calling their number, no answer. I wrote e-mails, no answer, Erin, at the bank, and accounting at City National Bank, of Ponca City, Ok got involved. So if there was fine print, and I did misunderstand, than there certainly could be no misunderstanding after their communication, and retrieval of my funds, and yet these crooks continue to make unauthorized withdrawals. In fact, I recentlly was told they did it again, for the fourth time, and had to pay 18.00 to put a stop pay for any amount against them. This is ridiculous, is it not?

I too am disabled elderly woman who lives on a very fixed, SSI income, but I am not naive or stupid... I misunderstood nothing! I was RIPPED OFF. Period.. You may call City National Bank of Ponca City, and ask to speak to Erin, for verification on how this supposedly legit, company, who is only trying to help people with poor credit, reistablish themselves works. More to the point. They are misleading, and then taking advantage of those hard-pressed for additional buying power, and giving false hope to same, knowing that they are a sure market for their criminal exploitation. period...

First of all the prgm is not at all a rip off we help thousands of customers who have no or limited credit take the first step to establishing positive credit for themselves by approving them without a credit check and trusting them with a line of credit to use for purchasing products at 0% interest and no monthly fees off our online super store where if ordered in a timley manner can be used to purchase x-mas gifts. I'm not posting this to demean anyone just because people do not ask questions and read terms of agreement does not mean they are being so called ripped off. When applying for any type of credit you must first read and agree to terms before agreeing. No one should just read the word credit and enter information just asuming it is something they want.I would also like to appologize on behalf of our company for any misunderstanding. But please next time read terms and ask questions before agreeing and entering bank acct info.
