Usa Legal Resourses ,a attorney referal service.offered discount program,which i refused an was charged 19.95 from (ap9 healthplan)?? Plano Texas
I currently called a legal aid service,to which after giving my debit card information,realized that "this don't sound right",so i ask to cancel the order for a membership into a attorney referal program..I was offered a discount savings promaotion deal an offered to be put into a drawing for a 1,000 dollar coupon thing,don't really know what it was,an i said "im calling for a legal help,NOT A DISCOUNT PROGRAM"..I ask not to be signed up for that,so i spoke to a manager who was going to hang up on me,i yelled over the phone an said "I do not wish for my account to be charged",at that time the manager said it would be taken care of..that was March 20,2009..Now March 22,2009,I see there is a charge on my account for 19.95,the exact amount that the "discount coupon program costs per month as a membership",the name of tha company that my account reflects payment withdraw is AP9 healthplan.I called usa referal on March 22,2009 an ask if there company was affiliated wit ap9 healthplan an they said "no"...well i dont think they are bien honost,due to now i have that same 19.95 charge they said the membership was..now on my account,an i declined that an any of there services~!!!..an they do have my debit card information...an my account is now charged,Why would a attorney resourse be soliciting a grocary discount program??..something is not right here,
