Usa Lending Center Ray snow, libby turner had contacted me saying that i was approved for a loan and that i would recieve the funds in 2 hours if i sent a collateral and insurance payment to release the funds. I never recieved money from usa lending and they insisted that a send over another money gram payment and that i would get the funds i never recieved them. I sent over 4 payments total 6800.00 Ripoff Omaha Nebraska
I received a call from a woman named libby turner and she said i was approved for a loan in the amount of 50,000 us dollars. She sent me over to a man named ryan snow in his words were that if you insure this loan or pay 3 all interest payments up front through money gram to lloyd howel a private lender in alberta cananda that i would recieve the full 50,000 dollars into my account. I sent over the 3 all interest payments in the amount of 1,360 us dollars and i never recieved the funds. I called up ryan snow and he said that the lender would not insure the money and that i had to pay towards the insurance. I sent over 1,140 us dollars and called ryan with reference numbers and he promised me that the full 50,000 dollars would be in my account. I did not here back from him or libby turner, i called and ryan said that the lender did not approve of the partial insurance payment and that he needed more funds so he can release the loan. The total amount that i sent them was 6,800.00 us dollars and i confronted ryan and he hung up in my ear. I filed a police report with a detective in South Philadelphia and they are investigating.

I have done a lot of investing on this company and am pretty much convinced that they are located in Toronto Cananda and not Ohama Nebraska or anywhere else in the USA. I reported them to security at Money Gram who requested that I also report them to the FBI, which I have done. In addition to the FBI, I have reported them to the FTC, Scottsdale Arizona Police (as this is where the Money Gram was sent), The Ontario Provincial Police and the Toronto Police Services. I have found that their website is registered to Beth Moore in Toronto. The number listed for Beth Moore is 416-260-1280. If you call this number it goes to the so called "application center" and no one knows who Beth Moore is or won't admit to knowing her. The Money Gram I sent also was address to Alberta Cananda but was picked up in Toronto within minutes of sending the Money Gram. Someone had to have been waiting for it when I gave the reference number to Hazel McNeal even though I was told by April Kennedy the reference number was to verify it had been sent and would not be picked up until after I received my wire. I have phone numbers for all the police authorities and I will share them with you. I will give this website permission to give you my contact information. I don't know how else to get it to you.
