USA Mobile has sent me a cell phone that was supposed to be linked to Verizon Wireless and it is a out dated cell phone Uniontown Pennsylvania
sent me a cell phone that is old and out dated. i havent' used it yet. it is still sitting in the box.

Is it a service reseller or a phone seller? If it is a service reseller, Verizon Wireless doesn't have anymore to do with what phones they choose to purchase. It is the same with all the resellers whether they sell VZW, T-Mobile or AT&T. If it is someone who sold you the phone, you may want to take it up with them as the people that sold you the equiment. The only way that a phone would be considered truly 'outdated' is if it is not E911 compliant.

The USA Mobile Phones use the verizon network and all they sell are color camera phones - not sure what this customer is talking about...
