USA NURSERY Total Scam New Haven Connecticut
I ordered over 30 items from USA Nursery website spending over $100.00 dollars for trees and flowers everything on the websie was beautiful . I ordered the items due to the promise they would ship everything I ordered in good condition wth the promise if I was not satisified I could return the items if they were dead they would be replaced plus the cost of shipping. I recieved one box with a dead tre a plastic bag with 3 wet so call plants in a pint size bag with wet newspaper and thats it. I am so angry and frustrated with a company that has all these promises and then in turn rip off their customers. when I tried tried to reach them I recieved a message that the voicemail was full thats it .
