While you do have a 60 day timeframe to contact your bank if you used a credit/debit card to make a purchase you DO NOT CLAIM IT IS FRAUD. By giving them your payment information you are authorizing them to bill your account. In order to get your mone y back you will need to contact the merchant and request a cancellation. Write down the date you called, the person you spoke with, and their response to your request. You will need to provide this information to your bank. If you recieve any materials in the mail, return them by UPS,Fed-Ex or other means in which you are able to monitor that they receive the items back.

You have a 60 day time frame in which you can dispute the charge with your bank for fraudulent activity. If you can afford the money, why not wait and see what you get and if you like the service. But, if your not liking what you see now, you may want to go ahead and contact your bank. GOOD LUCK!!!
