I used USA Relocation in May 2012 to move a small 1bd apartment from Philadelphia to Austin, Tx.  I had several phone calls with the sales department going over charges and any other important details.  When the movers arrived, I was charged an additional $200+ dollars for 'handling fees' and specifically $25 for tape.  The contract stated 'blanket wrapping' was included, and a safe assumption would be that tape would be included since you can't wrap blankets without it.  The movers also disassembled my furniture, however by disassembled, I mean ripped it apart.  My desk was completely ruined when they just pulled it apart, without attempting to remove screws and other fasteners.
When my furniture was delivered, it was two weeks late.  It was supposed to be delivered on 6/1, but i was informed late in the day on 5/31 that my shipment never made it on the truck and wouldn't be coming for two weeks.  When my shipment finally arrived, it wasn't delivered until 9:30pm on a Friday night.  The movers forgot pieces of my shipment and also tried to deliver things that weren't mine.  They did not finish until 12am.
Thankfully, I was unpacking my furniture as they were unloading it and I began to see the damage.  Boxes were crushed down to 2/3 the size, some boxes had holes the size of fists in them.  Many little things were broken such as small shelves and glasses.  Then came my furniture... They broke or damaged every piece they brought.  Desk, book case, coffee table, couch and my dresser... All broken.  My desk, which was 4 months old, couldn't be reassembled because of the way they took it apart.  My couch frame was damaged and the cushions had rust on them.  My book case shelves were chipped and broken.  My coffee table top lost all of the screws in it, except for one, barely keeping it on.  My dresser was moved and shipped with all the clothes in it, and did so much damage that it wobbles so much I'm worried it's going to collapse.
I attempted to contact the manager about my issues and all she told me was to file an insurance claim.  The insurance is not sufficient, and although they have an option for full coverage on their contract, they don't ever offer it to you.  My contract and insurance options were filled out for me before the movers go to my house.  Also, the movers had me sign the contracts BEFORE they loaded my things and changed the charges afterwards. It was a dumb move on my part to sign them, but also an illegal move on their end as well.
Finally, the office manager is just rude.  She knows that they are running a cut rate business and treat their customers that way.  She couldn't have cared less that any of my things were damaged or broken, she just told me to file an insurance claim with no sympathy or apology for what her company had done.
All in all, This is the worst moving experience of my life.  Please avoid at all costs.
