I was online and applied for a payday loan. This is a mistake I will NOT make again. You apply for one loan and you get like, 50 pop-up windows that shove themselves into the middle of the transaction and you end up getting confused and filling in paperwork for something you didn't even want. This is what evidently happened to me because the day after I filled in a loan ap my account was DEBITED $149.95 by those lousy so and so's.
Then you call up the customer service number, there's no one there, you have to call back, get put on eternal hold, then verify your "personal information" twenty times with four different people, and listen to a SPEECH about how they had "disclosed on their website" that you were agreeing to the charges. BULL! Don't let them intimidate you!
I have a confirmation number for my refund and it is supposed to be back in my account by Thursday, July 8. But they took the money on JUNE 25th for something I did not want! They claimed it took "seven days" for them to get the money, which I find dubious since my account was debited immediately.
In any case, I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of their home state, which is Pennsylvania. You should google "Attorney general, State of Pennsylvania" and you can go to their website and fill out a consumer complaint form.
Here is the link:

At least with a complaint on file they will not DARE keep your money. YOU MUST CALL the customer service number of USA Credit to CANCEL, if you have not already done so! Don't take no for an answer!
