I am pleased to report that I received my credit this morning. I suspect the dispute I filed with my bank was the catalyst, but I am sure I will never know. I would still encourage shoppers to stay away from this company. No one should have to work this hard to get their own money returned to them. And I would encourage the company to change its credit/refund/reversal procedures, and process these right away. And also not to process a customer's payment until the order is shipped. Amazon and countless others operate this way, with tremendous financial success. Holding on to a customer's money is a very bad business practice.
