Hesham "Sam" Mugbel  fraudulently backdated the transfer date of our new car. We were not aware of this till we received out renewal notice from the DMV with three parking tickets on the renewal. All three tickets were given the month before we bought the car and were all received at Sam Mugbel place of business, in front of his home.

After trying to work with them in for 2 months in resolving this situation, they have done nothing.

BIG MISUNDERSTANDING..All Taken Care of and Customer Satisfied!

First I'd like to say this misunderstanding has been resolved and the customer is happy.  The customer didn't quite understand what I was trying to explain and the mistake was just an error by the registration office and not intentional which we later showed the customer and they later understood better what really happened and agreed it was just a misunderstanding, not intentional and not our fault.
To Explain: We had a car that we agreed to sell for a friend.  Which our friend dated the title and paperwork with a date from when he gave us the car.  We later sold the car to this customer and completed the registration at a local registration office which accidentally copied and used the wrong "sale date" from the title and paperwork dated from when our friend gave us the car and not the correct date from the paperwork when we finally sold the car to the customer.  It was totally an honest mistake from the registration office which they admitted but when we tried to explain it, at first, the customer didn't understand exactly what we meant.  We told them right from the start that we would most certainly get it corrected but they got impatient that it was taking some time to get corrected with DMV.  DMV takes awhile sometimes to get things done but Finally, DMV got the date corrected and the registration submitted notes that it was an honest mistake and no fraud intended.  When the customers saw the correction with the notation they finally were happy and understood.   The importance of correcting the date was because during the few weeks that it was being sold the car got a ticket for no proper registration (No tags) which were stolen off the vehicle.  We had ordered new tags at DMV and replaced them but were unaware that the car got a ticket for registration in that week.   We didn't find out until the customer told us about the ticket some time later and that DMV wanted them to pay it when they went to renew.  We told the customer we would immediately take care of it which we did get right on it but again it took a bit to get it done completely.  We had to go back to the registration office to find out what happened, have them submit an error statement to DMV, go to Parking enforcement and show proof that we had the tags at the time so it could get dismissed and then get back the corrected sale date registration for the customer from DMV office.  It was an ordeal and took some time and the customers didn't realize all that had to happen to get fixed.    However, Again, in the end, when the got the corrected registration with the corrected sale date , they understood it was an honest mistake an only an error which we didn't even do ourselves so all was forgiven.    Hope this explains all.  We take pride in our business and want all our customers to be very happy and satisfied.  We were very upset to find this customer was upset and did all we could to correct the problem.  It was resolved in the end and the customer was satisfied.  We have over 300 happy and very satisfied clients that will swear by our ethics and honesty.  Most of our customers would highly recommend us.  We have saved our clients thousands and thousands on their car purchases and they can attest that the quality of our cars were excellent.  Thank you for taking the time to read what we are really about and that we don't belong on this rip off report website.  Sincerely,  USAA Remarketing
