USAA started out being ok. I had been with the bank for 4 years. My credit was not the best so I end up with secuard credits. I started out with $200.00 on each card. I had got one card up to $1,500.00 and the other one was $1,600.00. I was told by one of USAA reps. to take out the DEBT PROTECTION in case I get sick,lost my job, or die that my bill woulld be paid. For four years I have been paying for this protection. When I got sick, and call in to tell them I was told they did not know any thing about the debt protection. I told them I had been sick and unable to work and ask when will my debt protection come in and pay the bill. No one said any thing about paying the bill all they did was take my money $3,957.91, and was still charging me money each month for debt protection. I want my money back and the money I paid for debt protection back also. They can't have it both way. Either they have a program or they don't. Life hard I need my money to pay my bills. When I last check on the account they want more money on each account. After taking everthing I had my life saving. I hope someone can help me because they don't need to get away with this.
