This company is a SCAM. They solicit your business and tell you that they will perform their internet marketing for 30 days and contact you to confirm that you want the ad to continue.
First of all, they did not contact me. Second, they failed to let me know where they were going to place the advertisement.The first time I know anything is when I received my phone bill with their charges.
I contacted them and was referred to their supervisor "Richard" and when I called back, since he wasn't there, he was not available and the person I talked with stated they would reverse the charges for the present month, but not for the previous month when they were supposed to get my approval.
I also contacted my phone company and asked why they were including billing from outside companies. They only referred me to the billing company. The billing company then referred me to the company charging the fees.
I told the phone company they are not to place any billing on my phone other than their own without my written permission.
The SCAM works this way. They have their billing company place their charges on the phone bill. You receive the first notice on your phone bill after the month has already been billed. Your phone bill is received in the middle of the month and they have already started a new billing cycle.
When confronted with the bogus billing, they will provide you with a credit to your account for the month they have started the billing, not the previous month they have already charged. They do not remove that charge and insist that you pay the existing bill before they will credit the new bill to your account. This way they will have already ripped you off for the preceeding month, and accomplished what they wanted to do.
