I HAVE E-MAILED TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY REPLACEMENT ORDER NO RESPONSE AFTER SEVERAL E-MAILS
I have emailed them several times and they did not even answered and this was the exchange order of usb they all were defective and not usable so agreed to exchange with micro sd cards of equal value which has never shipped and they received my returned merchandise on july 22, 2016 and confirmed by ms. Sarah Berk and was promised by her that my order will be shipped on Monday, August 01, 2016 (even this date is delayed) beacuse they claim to ship same day or two days which is now almost 14 days since they received my returned merchandise. thereafter no response or reply of any e-mail. they have no phone response, live chat is not even existing, how one contact them and get money back or merchandise
