Usamedsonline And Pangeaprocessing ripped me off then continued to lie to me about crediting my account Ripoff Internet
On or about January 29th I signed up for usamedsonline, which I promptly cancelled within 2 days. I was told that I would be refunded for a service I did not use. The people who own this company need to go to jail for fraud. I am so fed up, all I can say is do not expect any kind of refund or service from this company. I have saved all correspondence, and I have not yet decided what I will do with it. I am absolutely furious, I have been violated. After a few weeks, in February, I called the number that this site has listed for customer service. They could not help me. I sent countless emails. Most of which were not answered promptly. When they were, their explanations were hogwash. Total BS. Oh, our processor was not working properly. 5-12 business days. Wow, it's not May 2nd, and I still have not received a refund. Why the heck can't these people be investigated and put in Jail? They are fraudulent and theives! I'm so fed up, I cannot even write anymore. These people are total scum. Do not sign up for this service. That's all I can say.
