Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

USANA Health Sciences has been around for quite a while and has been under the eye of the IRS for pyramid structure issues.  USANA is just to the side of being BARELY legal but there was great concern in China when they started selling products in that country.

The truth about USANA is while there products are ok, they are EXTREMELY overpriced and even more so because there really is no middle person markup.  They PREY on people who are unemployed, retired, and who have issues to commit all their financial resources to this organization to make money.  The smart people drop out.  I believe the last figure was about 97% of those involved in USANA have never made a dime and it isn't because of lack of trying. Those smart people also leave within 6 months of sighing up so there is incredibly high turnover in the organization. They encourage you to harrass your family, friends and neighbors to buy the products.  They make you feel like you are a failure if you don't make your sponsor any money. If you have a conscience you stop.  Almost everyone stops.  The problem is those people who don't.

Many distributors in this organization on the sly (no Dr Wentz does not support this) encourage you to not visit your doctor and take their supplements instead. This includes the taking of antibiotics for significant illness and vaccines. While the products created by USANA may be ok, the structure of their organization is not.  Part of their management team from have been practicing medicine without a license, creating false resumes claiming PhD when none was had, and the chemist who was creating the skin care products (which by the way are HORRIBLE) had a degree in forest but not chemistry.

I personally challenge Dr Wentz (who by the way is no longer a citizen of the US but now a citizen of a tax shelter country in the Caribbean) to have his products be put in the open marketplace and not in level marketing.  If you feel they are that good, they should sell on their own.  Then you won't have crooked distributors trying to make a buck, people working for your organization who are not qualified or have falsified resumes, and doctors who have lost their medical licensing.  By the way the response from distributors about the doctor who didn't have a license to practice medicine (I believe he now has one from Mexico) is that everyone knows that the only good medical doctors are the ones who don't have a license.  Is this really the vision of Dr Wentz?  I don't think so.

My mother, who was prey to the USANA organization, lost hundreds of thousands of dollars and all of her nice friends.  She had dementia which was obvious to the upper distributorship but they preyed on her day and night to make a buck.  Part of what she learned from her mentor was to always put people on autoship and then put in several more products they didn't order because they should have ordered them in the first place.  Yes she was encouraged to commit fraud.  Is this the vision of Dr Wentz?  No it is not.  If he really knew what the distributors were doing, he would be appalled.
