Usapark-Airport Parking The USapark doesn't take responsibility to your car when your car is hit at their designated location and you don't know who hit your car. Even you pay the fees for parking your car their. Jacksonville Florida
Last week,my husband and I went to San Diego. We drove our car to Jacksonville and parked our car at the place " USApark". They charged $5.75/day. We parked our car over there about 6 days. When we came back, we noticed that our car was hit by some car. A piece at back of my car was hit off. The size is around 2 inches big. My car is in very good condition it never had any damage like this before.
Once we noticed that, we called the manager at that company and tell them this happened. One of their manager came and file the claim form with us and gave me the copy of the claim form.He told us we could get repaired and they will pay the repair fee once we contact the person named Dave Horn in their company. Till now, I was fine with their suggestion even I felt so bad this kind of accident.
Then, I tried to call this person ( Dave Horn) yesterday and this morning(4-15-2008). It was so hard to find him even though I left message for him and he never called me back. This afternoon I finally reached him and told him what happened. You know what he told me. He felt sorry for me and he cannot do anything for me. He said it is not their responsibility as my car ,which was hit by some car even they don't know. He compared my situation to park the car outside the Walmart. If this accident happened when I parked outside Walmart and no one will pay for me. I told him I didn't pay Walmart to park my car there, but I paid your company to park my car. He still insisted that they cannot do anything for me.

Only a licnese is greanted hereby and no bailment is created." Because we do not take possesion of a customer's vehicle when they park with us and thereby assume no liability.
