USAUTOLIGHTING Ordered Part, Paid with PayPal, No Delivery of Part West Sacramento California
On December 23, 2008, I ordered a lens cover for my truck. The website seemed professional. Because they accepted paypal, I ordered from the company. By the beginning of the new year, I tried contacting the company to obtain an estimated arrival date of the part. I didn't receive an email response. Today, 1/12/2009, I tried contacting them again by email and also by telephone. Their voicemail isn't set up and noone answers the phone. I found that two other individuals have had a similar experience. I will file a report with PayPal to obtain a refund.
