Placed order on April 17, 2015. Made a mistake when inputting the CCV number on the credit card used. He called to verify the number. Got an email on May 7, 2015 apoligizing for the delay. On May 21, 2015 recieved a tracking notification (that label was created) from USPS. It is now June 2, 2015 and I have sent repeated emails and no reply. The contact phone voicmail is full. 2-4 weeks wait sure NO problem...7 weeks and no further communication...NOT good service.
