Company named U.S. Foam and coating inc. (now out of business) but was owned by Polo int. currently active, Did roofing work on my bldg. License # CCC058192, currently active. Work completed came with a 10 year warranty. Roof started leaking first rain after repair. Numerous calls were made. No-one ever responded. Company never attempted corrections, or lived up to its warranty. I sued, and won judgement.
