I received my monthly home phone bill today. AT+T is my home phone service. I called AT+T to inquire about the larger monthly phone bill. They told me what the extra charge was and who billed me. I received all the information AT+T had on the company and then phoned 800-433-4518 (ILD teleservice on behald of YCP Networks, LLC) to tell them that these charges were not authorized. They then told me that it was an internet name.
So that is the information I have. I'm told all charges would be reversed. Still, it concerns me that this can happen so easily and unknowingly.
