DO NOT order online from this company!!! I ordered, paid my $79.00, and never got my intro email giving me all the info as stated. I sent emails to follow-up and find out where my info that I paid for was - after 3 emails I finally got a reply where they sent me the info and claimed they had sent it previously.

I tried it out - did not like it - and requested my refund well before my 30 day trial period was up. The advertisement states that you can get a full refund within 30 days no questions asked and that you will receive your refund that very same day.

I sent email after email requesting my refund with no response. Then they took another $79.00 from my bank account using the very same check I paid with the first time!!! They only give you the one long distance number to contact - which is tech support - where they claim there si nobody they even have a number for and that everything is done via email.

I have now sent more than 10 emails to several different email addresses and spoken to "tech support" a couple of times and they claim they are processing my refund of the full $158.00. They say they cannot refund the very same day any more - as the ad states.

They say it takes about 2 weeks for them to respond to a refund email- it sure didn't take 2 weeks for them to take my money. I asked if they belong to the BBB - and of course not. I will be filing a law suit against this company.

I have seen so many more rip off reports on this company since I put mine in - so let me tell you how I got my money back. I sent 20 or so emails to every single email address I could find for that company - I also did a search online to find other people running the program and found one - so I sent my disgruntled emails to him as well in hopes of spurring someone to answer my emails. I placed a few calls to their only long distance phone number provided - for tech support. I kinda feel sorry for that man who works that since he is the only one to take the brunt of all the angry buyers. After countless emails and a few irate phone calls to that man - and the threat of a law suit - without any response whatsoever from the company - I did receive my check for $158, via FED EX, in two days after my email advising that I would be suing them. Also - in case anyone did not know - it is against the law for them to cash the same check twice - even though they do change the payor name on it. I called my back about the second cashing of my check for $79.00 and had it returned and placed a stop payment on it. So if you still haven't gotten your money back - keep on calling and emailin - and advise them that their advertisement commits fraud and misrepresentation where it states that they give a full no questions asked refund the very same day and advise them that you can sue them. It just might work for you too!
