I have seen so many more rip off reports on this company since I put mine in - so let me tell you how I got my money back. I sent 20 or so emails to every single email address I could find for that company - I also did a search online to find other people running the program and found one - so I sent my disgruntled emails to him as well in hopes of spurring someone to answer my emails. I placed a few calls to their only long distance phone number provided - for tech support. I kinda feel sorry for that man who works that since he is the only one to take the brunt of all the angry buyers. After countless emails and a few irate phone calls to that man - and the threat of a law suit - without any response whatsoever from the company - I did receive my check for $158, via FED EX, in two days after my email advising that I would be suing them. Also - in case anyone did not know - it is against the law for them to cash the same check twice - even though they do change the payor name on it. I called my back about the second cashing of my check for $79.00 and had it returned and placed a stop payment on it. So if you still haven't gotten your money back - keep on calling and emailin - and advise them that their advertisement commits fraud and misrepresentation where it states that they give a full no questions asked refund the very same day and advise them that you can sue them. It just might work for you too!
