I have now gone through my third pair of headphones, and I am very clear in my understanding now what the problem is. Although I love the head phones sound, and the ear buds are metal, very high end, the week part of the phones are the cords. Now what is funny to me, is how the advertisement makes it appear that "Kevlar" would be "Bullet Proof" or something, when anyone uses the phones as much as I do, every day, it is only a matter of approximately 4-6 months before the "Kevlar" starts to tare, and then the inside housing "EASILY" tares showing exposed wires at one of the stress points, then of course it is only a matter of time when the phones become mono, or one pops out etc.
So after spending over 350 dollars on head phones that all 3 have had the same end within one year it is more than evident that I am not the only one who has this problem.
I also am no fool, because I am a business man too, a legitimate one who wouldn't keep a broken tire just to sell more becuase they always go flat.
I would demand another pair, but you know what? They will always meet the same fate, so what I will do is consider taking your company to court, which I practice law, have for 6 years and sue your company.
I will also report you to "Ripoff Report" it will be me who gets your company to the top of all the search engines warning the consumers not to buy your headphones because they will "ALWAYS" tare.
It is really unfortunate that such a wonderful creation for sound, is utterly disgusting when it comes to the quality of the
cords, but give me a break someone who has tested these phones, over and over again, wears them as much as the creator of them does, loves that people keep buying them over and over again, right?
So in other words with me, your going to have to address this problem, because I am not going away, I am pissed off I spent almost 400 dollars on headphones and I have nothing to show for the WASTE OF MONEY.
YOU NEVER EVER EVER HEAR, NOT ONCE APPLE HEADPHONES CORDS POPPING OUT, AND ONE OF THE HEADPHONES BREAKING>
So in order to quickly solve this case before I will certainly escalate it, is quite simple.
1.) Send me new headphones, not with any discount crap, I have already been through this with you
2.) Never provide to consumers in the future these terrible cords, that always break, but instead provide ones like apple,
made from a polyurethane, flexible, material that wont fall apart.
CONSIDER THIS YOUR 2 WEEK NOTICE BEFORE I PUBLISH THE TRUTH ABOUT YOUR HEADPHONES CORD QUALITY TO WARN CONSUMERS OF THE TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY
AND SINCE YOU NEVER GAVE A s**+* HERE WE GO LOOK AT THIS YOUTUBUE USER WITH 10K PEOPLE WHO HAVE VIEWED YOUR COMPANY.
