I have had nothing but problems with my V2 premier since the day I bought it. It has been replaced 3 times! Now on my third computer with a replaced hard drive, it is still crashing. This has been the ongoing problem (with all 3) since day one.

I have only had a problem with 1 tech, the rest have been considerate and helped me with problems that mutteled me through untill a tech could either come out to the house or the paperwork arrived to have the computer sent in for bench time. I have just been on the line with tech support and half the problem has been fixed the other half (?)

They don't know...I will have to go to V2 premiers sight and download needed drivers that were lost from last crash this weekend. How can one stay in bussiness like this. They are still on T.V. advertising there products. If I knew then what I know now I never would have bought this computer!!!
