I purchased my v2 premier one year ago had no problems until 3 months later I called tech support and was told that tech support does not cover lost software or corruted software problems in the hard drive. I was told tech support only helps with cust education of the computer. Also hardware techs deal with damaged drives,printers,monitors, and so on. After my one year warrenty was up I lost most of my Windows Me due to a crash I called software dept and said they would help if I renuew wy warrenty 219.00.

Now I'm 219 dollars poorer and for the last three weeks playing phone tag with software and hardware techs each claiming the other is responsible for the claim. The best part is software sold me the 2yr extended warrety and when I call software dept they have no record of the transaction. And when they find it they tell me its a hardware problem. I would have been better sending my computer to a local pc repair center and my 219.00 would have been better spent.
