VA Medical Center Helena Montana
using his federal job, and with blessings from his superiors, a v.a. employee accessed my personal file, called my apartment management co.and told them i stabbed my wife(lies) all done from his desk at the V.A. medical center. he is a scheduler there and even when found out this federal employee WAS NOT FIRED...
when I started dating a woman in helena, Mt., her soon to be X-husband, who worked at the V.A. at fort Harrison got into my personal V.A. file there and and was busted. even with all he admitted to, and I have court documents showing his admittance of the crimes of slander, perjury, privacy act violations, employee misconduct, etc... this person DANIAL AYERS was not fired. the v.a. told me they "could not prove he was in my file." I bought court transcripts from his divorce file where he told in open court under oath that HE DID ACCESS MY FILE. I sent this info to the v.a. in washington and to his boss at the v.a. in helena, montana. but they insist on keeping this person so he can do this to other veterans at his own discretion. this person, and I use the term loosly, called my apartment management company in Idaho from his desk, on the job, and told them I had stabbed my wife and that I should be evicted. this was simply a blatent lie.
I was on probation at the time and in his journal he kept,(I got a copy), he says "I was told not to use my work phone to call (my) probation officer", which he did on two occasions. I reported this to senator Baucus in montana, he contacted DANIAL'S boss,(the director), and he sent out a letter to senator Baucus saying "we know of no one who has (my) personal information." this was a lie and senator Baucus sent me a copy of that letter.
I don't say anything without documented proof, I do my home work and I have enough info to burn the V.A. to the ground in court but I can find no attorney with enough guts to take on the V.A. ...
