We paid this company to sell our timeshare-He said that Cabo San LUcas was very desirable and should sell within 30 days. They had the ad wrong, and had to have it corrected several times-The same person always answers the phone yet they say they have hundreds of properties that sell-We have had it listed now for 7 months, no return phone calls or emails and our property is not even listed on their site. We are priced way below competition too-interesting I think they just take your up front money and have no intention of selling the property
