Vacation Station rip-off, unprofessional, rude, con-artist Ormond Beach Florida
We had the worst vacation imaginable - of course, booked theu Vacation Station. Oh they forgot to notify us that out cruise trip destinations had been changed (3 months prior to our trip) and the cruise ship we traveled on was dry-docked after our trip and the cruise line has filed for Chapter 11.
We called Vacation Station (ROE) to request a refund and yes, we ran into the same problems. ROE is always in a meeting and she does not return your messages. She is rude and very unprofessional. I can't believe that she is in charge!! she told me "well, you did travel didn't you?". Can you believe that.
I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and ROE did call me yesterday but I'm not dealing with her anymore. They ripped me off and you know what, they picked the wrong person to mess with!
Do not - I repeat - do not even think of booking a vacation with this agency. They will rip you off.
