I worked as a collector for Universal Data & they did the financing and collections for Vacation Station ( and other companies as well). I can tell you now that Vacation Station is a huge scam. Vacation Station actually "sells" the vacation packages & then you get sent over to a "service provider" for your actual services. I heard over & over day after day from customers all over the US complaining about this company. All of the phone numbers we had to give out to customers were magically disconnected. This company operates in many different states, not just in Kansas. My best suggestion is to contact the Attorney General's Office & file a complaint. Due to the wording of the contracts you only have a 3 day recession period, where you may cancel. But as my experience goes, you cancel within your 3 days as stated in the contract but again magically, you cancellation was never received. I eventually quit my job with Universal due to the nature of my job because everyone there knows this (and other companies) are scams & I couldnt continue to work there knowing what was going on.

You can find the Johnson County District Attorney online as well as the Kansas Attorney General, Phill Kline. Contact them both and file complaints. You might also try the FTC and find out if they can help you or point you in the right direction. They have an online complaint form.
