I used to order jewelry from this company. it would take a long time to receive but I usually received it. However my past couple orders have never been received. Your Order #100003744 (placed on September 22, 2013 8:05:22 AM CDT), Your Order #100003497 (placed on September 3, 2013 7:31:26 PM CDT).

I've emailed customer service and only receive the general response of:

Hey Jill,

I'm deeply sorry about the delays. I will contact shipping and see what is causing the issues with these orders. I will also see what we can do to solve these problems.

I've tried calling the number....1-646-583-0699 Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm EST but the vm states it some college....so there is no way to get a hold of these people.

I'm so pisssed off because I live on a fixed income and do not apreciate being ripped off by these people. They seemed to be a legit company for awhile but for whatever reason Dan Vade decided he couldn't do business anymore and just left us hanging.

I have my all my emails so I have proof of orders and replys. Let me know if there is anything I can do. I want my money back!!! Let me know if there is anything I can do...thanks...
