Vala Skin Care Vala Lotion, Vala Beauty Put $89.95 on my card with OUT my permission! Utah
Back in October 2017, I ordered a sample of this beautiy product. I did NOT like it, it did NOT do what they promised. I cancelled any further orders!!
Today I looked at my account and there was a charge on Saturday 1/20/18 for $89.95. I called my cardholder who told me to call this company Vala Skincare. The customer rep was SO rude and ignorant to me, and called me a liar. Said there is NO way he can refund my $$ for something that I did NOT order!
So NOTHING is resolved and I don't know where to go from here. I have NEVER been treated SO badly on the phone.
