Valere Regency Reginify SCAM....Beauty products Sunnyvale California
REGENCY....also known as Valere, Reginify, has an ad on TV that tells customers to try an trial product for $4.95 shipping and handling. After the customer receives the beauty product, one or more products are sent monthly at a cost of $99,01 each. I received product Reginify and a product that I did not order called Valere. I never signed a contract and there was no paperwork with the Beauty Product when I recieved it. When I called the company to stop the shipping, I was told that I had entered into a contractual agreement and there could be no refund and I could not return the products for a refund. I was told that I had 14 days to return the trial or I was agreeing to receive a monthly order. They offer a website where I can see the contract that I never received. What can not be seen is my signature. They did agree to stop shipment but tried to entice me to accept a 35% discount and then a 50% discount in settlement. Beware these TV ads by Regency, Valere or Reginify.
