Valet Mover's San Diego Valet Movers and storage Unbelievably the worst movers I have ever encountered.......so much damages!!!!!!! San Diego, California
I really don't want to try to hurt any business in this economy, but Valet Movers really deserves it. As the previous complainer I also had a pleasant start dealing with Rachel, but then it started......First my price went up 30% when Joe negotiated with me. I agreed I was coll with it I just wanted a good move. It started off I called them when I was ready and asked them if they could have it around a certain day which I gave then 10 days notice....it took them 22 days...Meaning I started my lease around that 10th day and I had to pay for my 3,000 a month apartment for 12 days with no furniture. I dealt with it. I lived with there excuses, but when my stuff came trashed, boxes were crushed and opened, plastic tub containers were shattered....obviously cause they really don't care how they pack a truck. When I gave Rachel my furniture list I listed my office furniture. A desk hutch and 2 bookcases. They also stated they would disassemble and reassemble any furniture. I preferred them not to take the desk apart rather than wrap it in blankets like the couches but they said it would take up too much room. They're blankets are rotted and the packing was poor. I have almost every piece of furniture now has nicks and gouges. They lost the screws to the desk so they couldn't put it together even though they said they weren't going to. They knew they screwed so after 2 weeks of of a pile of wood in my office they attempted to hire some clowns off craigslist who really screwed the desk up and put it together backwards. I can lift the top right off the desk its shot, marks everywhere on it. There claim department takes 60-90 days to most likely give you an answer you don't wanna hear. I strongly urge anyone to NOT USE VALET MOVERS.......they were a horrible experience for me!!!
