Valley View Hot Springs Orient Land TrustNeil & Terry Seitz Total Crazy People Who Treat Guests Like Sh* and Run Their "Non-Profit" as a Business Crestone, Colorado
Neil and Terry Seitz founded the orient Land Trust with good intentions and the land is beautiful. Hoewever they are not a non-profit, but a business and are both crazy as the bats ont he property. They have taken hundreds of thousands of dollars out of the "non-profit" for their personal expenses and to pay personal debts.
They have also fired a dozen baord members int he last two years. They burn through people like fuel, staff bad mouths guests and at least one staff member sells drugs to guests. The place is known as a hook up place and people have sex in the pools.
It's gross and unclean and if you compalin they act like they're saints to have you on the property. My understanding is they are both being investiaged by law enforcement for stealing funds. All the board members are their friends and they are even quitting in droves. Neail has some kind of neurological disorder and doensn't even know what he's saying. Terry spent $500,000 on cattle and yells at staff in front of guests.
