We had a chimney fire and ordered a Lennox wood burning stove from Value Point to replace the one we had. They told us 3 to 4 weeks delivery and that was August 12, 2013.
When we didn't receive the stove it held up our contractors doing our restoration work so we started calling as to the whereabouts of this stove, door, blower and a variable speed switch. The customer representative, Albert continued to lie and side step us until finally the stove and blower arrived 8 weeks after we ordered it.
The work crew installed the stove and we opted to wire the vsc up ourselves upon arrival, but...it never came, so they finally after requesting a supervisor, Steve, gave us a refund for $71 leaving us to find that part elsewhere. This was Oct. 28, 2013.
Still being lied to about the stove door and unable to use the stove or blower we are waiting for we find a blower and my husband fixes that but still no door. We continue to call and call and call but are told the case has been handed to a lady named Crystal. One phone call to her and that's it...Since then we have called and emailed and have been hung up on, disregarded, disconnected on purpose, and still have no door which was said would be here Nov. 28, 2013..
Yesterday, I reported this company to the BBB and called and left Albert and Crystal a message. I then emailed Steve the same information and finally got a response from Steve saying he would look for our door and get back to me. In the meantime, I called Discover and opened an investigation and got full credit back for the price of the door and am done with this company...Avoid them at all cost..They lie and take your money and do not deliver the merchandise as promised or at all in my case.
