They are a bunch of cheats and liars! They charged me for things that were never put on the car and they made it IMPOSSIBLE for me to cancel products that they REFUSED to take off the paperwork. I was a first time car buyer and they probably saw me coming a mile away. Their practices are slimy, shady, and I thought I caught on to most of it, but after having my dad look over the paperwork, I felt like a fool!!!
They lied about things all the extra coverage would cover and then refused to take it off the paperwork, but wanted me to sign ANOTHER loan agreement for a higher interest rate. I already had the car and did not think there was anything I could do. They ASSURED me that I would be able to cancel the coverages and be paid back IN FULL in 30 days. They did not even submit the paper work to MPP until three weeks later and I was told I needed to receive the info from MPP before we could process the cancellation. I NEVER received anything from MPP and decided to call Hyundai Consumer Affairs. The have pages and pages of notes about all this.way more involved than I will type and now.5 months later I was only reimbursed for partial and have paid interest on all this!! They lied and lied and lied.there are notes with Hyundai and now they want nothing to do with it. I will be taking them to court. I need to have all the notes from Hyundai Consumer Affairs subpoenaed because they refuse to give them to me. I am so upset about all this! I was told that I need to go there and talk to them!! I am going to drive all the way there so they can lie to my face again!!??? There is a ton more to all of this and I am sorry that others are having issues, too. I think I am going to try to see what I can get accomplished through the BBB tonight.
