This is it for me. I have had a season of bad luck and at the very first I did the right thing and called Vanderbilt. NO, they did not want to work with me.

My husband has Alzyheimers, hsd brain anysurm, bad heart, postrate problems, subject to seizures, had stroke last year, and is almost deaf and needs a very serious ear operation within the next month. His medicine is $200. a month alone and that is with insurance. I am trying my very best to arrange my bills so I can be on time but the timing is not working with my bills that are due.

I have ask for the payment date to be changed but they will not work with me and now I have had to miss this months payment because of having to get my husbands medicines and pay my electric bill.

I am going to call tomorrow and ask again if we can work together on this. If I get the same response, (SELL MY HOME) and or threaths, then I am going to tell them do what ever they have to. I am then going to send a payment on the third week of the month and hope they will accept it. All I need is for them to change it to the third week of the month....

I am going to write a letter to the Governor of Kentucky and ask him to bring up these complantes and for an investigation. He has just been to see President Elect Obama and I am sure I will receive some kind of a response. I have already been in contact with him regarding the cut backs of the Adult Day Care Programs and he stated to me if I needed his help in any other areas of concern to contact his office. Well, I will...

As far as A Class Action Suite? why has no one started one yet? I have read many of the comments and I wonder what it is going to take to stop this company from making everyones life a living hell. When sickness comes or work fails, you are doing the best you can they should have a system in place for those who want to keep their homes.

I ask for a refinance. NO, they do not refinance!!!!! It makes no sense to me. But, trust me, they know what they are doing.....

The botton line is one day they will have to answer for their actions and greed to a Higher Power....... they may not think so now, but when the day comes their minds will go back to all the souls they have hurt and will pay the price.... I wonder if the money will be worth it to them then???

Them not refinancing you has nothing to do with your credit, loan, or anything bad about you. Vanderbilt is a private company and not a bank, and does not refinance ANY loan they have.
