Hi all treated terribly by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance....Clayton Homes and other finance companies connected with them...NETWORK!!! You first asked about FTC...look up their web site and they have an area to report complaints!! Secondly, log all calls that you feel are numbers connected to them. Patti of OH, you have cell phone records....There are at least 6 numbers I have dealt with since they took over (CLAIMED) our account (was with Oakwood until Oakwood went bankrupt.) You sure must have some great evidence there for phone harassment!!! Go to their web site www.vmf.com then go to the "contact us" button. There is a page to fill in your info. and then your "REQUEST FOR COPIES OF YOUR ORIGINAL MORTGAGE APPLICATION, ORIGINAL LOAN CONTRACT, INSURANCE PAPERS (MIGHT BE HOMEOWNERS AND LIFE INS.)(You NEED to compare your paperwork to their copies.) Keep asking until they send! You will get replica of your request stating they will answer within two business days. (COPY OFF EVERY PIECE OF PAPER YOU GET FROM THEM---FROM INTERNET OR OTHERWISE!)make HARD COPIES AS WELL FOR LEGAL PURPOSES. BE SURE TO STUDY EVERY OUNCE OF THE PAPERWORK COPIES THEY SEND---IF YOU CAN READ THEM---CHANCES ARE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO READ AT ALL. GO BACK TO THEIR WEB SITE AND REQUEST READABLE COPIES..THAT UNTIL YOU GET SUCH PLUS HAVING THE PHONE HARASSMENT STOPPED, YOU WILL BE IN DISPUTE OF THEIR CLAIM TO YOUR ACCOUNT. SIGN WITH RESPECT. THEN GO TO MR. DAVID BREEN LAWYER in Myrtle Beach, SC...get his number in anywho.com (this ripoff site does not include such as email addresses or phone numbers). Call and chat with his office. Ask for advice of how to handle VMF. (Your cell phone is a great record for you, Patti) I sure hope this helps all who read it. May God Be With All Who Have Been SO MALICIOUSLY BY THIS GROUP OF COMPANIES. Check out Clayton Homes web site - Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. is on bottom of Clayton Homes. Go to their web site...get the email in it for Bertshire Hathaway. Send message to them (investors of this VMF,Clayton Homes---and rest of group/network as referred above)by email and to their address. STUDY THEIR FULL WEB SITE!! DO NOT LEAVE A STONE UNTURNED. YOU STATED DOT ALL I'S AND CROSS EVERY "T"...DO THE SAME WITH ALL OF THIS INFORMATION. DO AS FAST AS POSSIBLE FOR THE SAKE OF ALL CONCERNED THAT THEY ARE TREATING THIS WAY. MAY GOD'S BLESSINGS BE UPON ALL VICTIMS! YES, WE ARE VICTIMS AS WELL!

Believe me, I know exactly how you feel. They are trying to foreclose on my home over 1 payment behind. I had a lawyer look over my contract and he said what they are doing is wrong and we need to file a class action law suit. But I don't know how to go about that. Please let me know if you have a suggestion.
