VANESSA ENNIS, BRETT SUITER, GREGORY LAW, STEVE CUSTIN, SCOTT CLELAND STATE FARM DENIES OPPOSING COUNSEL CLAIM WITHOUT CONDUCTING AN INVESTIGATION, DONE BY SCOTT CLELAND AND HE WILL NOT REPLY TO INQUIRIES ABOUT SAME Decatur, And/or Duluth, Georgia
STATE FARM ADJUSTER (SIU) VANESSA ENNIS CALLED ME ON 8-13-08 AND IN AN HOUR LONG PHONE CALL STATED, "I apologize to you from the depths of my heart . . . " regarding sending my medical data to other homes in my area. Shortly thereafter, a letter arrived from Steve Custin stating that in the future only her boss could communicate with me. Sounds like she is/was repentant and upon my putting it in writing they cut her off, huh?
Yet, adjuster Scott Cleland sent opposing counsel a denial of the claim when the State Farm-hired attorney specifically told me he had not advised Cleland of any summaries or results of the investigation. My email from the attorney states that he has no idea where Cleland got his information. Cleland has never addressed the problem and now cannot. Hence, the burden is on me to present it all at an upcoming deposition and mediation.

This is a damage and can be substantiated quantitatively for court. Mark Andrews on 4-13-07 after this was reported first on 3-6-07 following the mva on 2-19-07, wrote and told me this would be handled. He stated that it was very likely from a rear end accident. Yet Ennis wants me to pay to have it diagnosed. It was new post accident. I was to meet Carlton Williams 8-07 to discuss same and diminshed value. He failed to show and told the mechanic, "Tell him to come get his car." I had no use of my car after this 2-19 accident for more than 40 documented days due to State Farm. Witnesses who loaned me vehicles or transported me attest. None or little of the faxed data has been handled by the adjuster, Vanessa Ennis. In a 2nd phone call to me at 9 a.m. on 8-13-08 she told me that the Mabry ruling was admissible in court. I asked her to put that in writing. I never heard again from her with the exception of her recent letter - 2 months later - telling me to only contact Chris. I was later told she should not be giving legal advice to me. She had told me 8-11 that "I apologize from the depths of my heart for mailing your medical data to others" and promised to review again with a separate doctor my medical, as I explained the inconsistencies of her payments. She told me it must be in writing. I did so. Never heard a word. I will fax to you my written request. During same she told me she did not hide behind D AND D IMPORT AUTO on 1-14-08. I went down to investigate. He told me and demonstrated. She hid. He will attest. I can share photos to illustrate. He stated that she refused to name herself upon calling for directions and alleged collusion. Made him angry enough to tell her boss Suiter that she is asking for legal reprisal. Please assist me. I did get one letter of apology from her placing blame on the claims secretary.
