My mother purchased a Vanilla Reload card from Walgreens in Camilla Georgia on 01/17/2015. I searched Vanilla Reload to upload funds to my AMEX Serve card. A site opened asking for the 10 digit pin, then asked for my card number and reload amount. I entered information I received a message that reload was successful and funds would be available to my card in 60 minutes. Funds did not add. Contacted my card company, my card company tried to add the funds, but received a message that the card had been used. I was instructed to contact Vanilla Reload. I was told the card had already been used. I contacted Vanilla reload the first number I called was disconnected for a site supposedly in Atlanta, GA. Then I called a site supposedly in Forston, GA. I spoke with a representative, explained what was going on. The representative checked the pin and then told me the pin was added to an AMEX card ending in different digits from my card. I informed her that was not my card number. She then said I had to file a fraud report to receive a refund which I did. I faxed in proof of purchase and my state issued ID as well. I called back today 1/27/15 and now I am told I have to file a police report and have the police contact them so they can get more information before I can get a refund. The card was originally purchased on 1/17/2014 I recommend no one use this company. I have contacted the sheriff's office to file a report, but it's sad how they try and make me seem as if I am lying. The representative said to me "You need to file a police report because it seems like this is a scam." Really? I am so done and after this is over I am going to sue this company. Not only have they not protected my confidence in using their services, but they have also insulted and humiiated me. To add insult to injury they make me feel dumb as if I am the one to blame.
