I purchased a shirt from vastees.com on May 13th. I was promptly given a tracking number for the order, and the delivery date from the site was estimated as May 19th. The day after the 19th the shirt still hadn't even been shipped. I contacted vastees' customer support through email asking about my shirt(they had no phone number listed on the site). Later that day someone named Ryan from the company contacted me and said the shirt was on back order and that it should arrive by the 26th.

The 26th is tomorrow, and nothing has shipped yet. I believe It's wrong for a company to sell products they don't have and not inform their customers. I'm upset by their poor business practices, and I would encourage any future visitors to avoid buying from this site.

there was a glitch in our system recently that allowed certain products to be sold even though they were listed "Out of Stock" when Lee emailed us I responded within min. and explained the issue, I told him that I would make sure the shirt was sent as soon as it was back in stock, later he asked for a refund and I refunded him same day for the full amount plus shipping, NOTHING negative came from this besides the fact that he didn't get the awesome shirt he ordered, again I am deeply sorry that you didnt get what you ordered but we did refund you and offered half off if you ever wanted to order from us in the future. Placing a report here is not fair, we did not rip you off at all and hope that the good people at ripoffreport will remove this as we did do everything in our power to help Lee. Thank you for letting us explain our side. If you see our ebay rating you would know that 99.9% of the time the customer gets his product fast and if theres ever a wait we make sure to give a little extra for the wait. Also we have our number listed on the site in the FAQ and we check the support mail every 20 min. We are all about our customers and know that without them we have nothing.
