Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
These people are extreme idiots....I ordered and paid for a new

ps2 with a mod installed back in early October 2002.....to date I STILL have not recieved my unit.

I have emailed multiple times....I have called and spoken with this "mike" individual...and he has informed me the unti was mailed out and delivered to me, yet when I ask him how he kows that and to give me tracking info he actually refuses to do so.

He then launches into a tirade about how he is a "consumer lawyer" and he has proof they mailed and delivered the item yet refuses to give us the tracking info...actually going so far as stating that "he doesnt have to".

Well the laugh is on them...as my sister in law actually lives very close to Chippewa.....so on Friday Jan 19, 2003 we filed a claim in small claims court at the county seat and I have paid a deputy to hand deliver a subpeona to this idiot on this coming monday.

BEWARE this company and do NOT do business with them!!! I shall keep you all informed of the status of this. By the way we have asked for triple damages and full court costs to be paid by this loser also...as permitted by Wisconsin law.

You bought a new unit... not a repair so I don't believe you had to sign anything. Also, since you bought this in October, you should have no problem with his bankruptcy since he filed for it in September I believe. Still, you should contact the Region 11 bankruptcy court for the western district of Wisconsin and file a complaint. Sooner or later, he will answer for his crimes.

All I can say is Good Luck to you. Michael Walker is trying to pull the same scam on me. He claims to have sent me a new unit and is using the same "delivery confirmation" crap to try and cover his loss. He needs to understand proof of delivering something is NOT PROOF that you received something. The only thing admitted in court as proof is "Certified Mail." Most people would pay extra for insurance but you were never given that choice (like me). All Michael has to do is mail anything to anywhere in your zip code to generate delivery confirmation numbers and all you will see is a city, state, and zip code when he finally coughs up a number for you to verify it. I'm sure your post office has limited information to offer you about it like mine did. There's no way he should get away it because of some clause in his web site. Let a Judge decide. Michael Walker does not respond to people who are nice. You have to fight fire with fire. He's mean so be meaner! If he's arrogant, be even MORE arrogant. If he acts like a 3 year old, respond back with nonsense. Don't let him get under your skin. He believes everyone who complains about him is trying to defraud him so print out all these Internet reports on him you can find and present it to the judge. He responds to lawyers and judges... that's it! Have your day in court with him and good luck. Another reason I say good luck is the fact that he has filed for bankruptcy as Michael Walker d/b/a VDO Specialties. Using the 'dba' involves his company no matter what kind of lame divorce excuse he's trying to use. It's been filed as a BUSINESS CASE & NO ASSETS and for the SECOND TIME too! All Michael has to do is forward your lawsuit to his bankruptcy attorney and he will have automatic protection against you since bankruptcy is a federal issue - - not a civil court issue. If you want proof, try writing a complaint to the Wisconsin Consumer Protection department, which you can do online, and watch how you get a letter stating they cannot intervene since he filed bankruptcy. He's not incorporated either. He's an LLC. Most likely he's a one man operation and has delusions of grandeur using the word "we" in his web site. The best thing I can suggest right now is to contact the region 11 bankruptcy division of Wisconsin and let them know of his web site. Here he is filing voluntary chapter 7 - liquidation when he should have done chapter 11 - reorganization. A business case with no assets and here he is selling game units? Here he is filing bankruptcy trying to wipe away bad debt and he'll use your money for God knows what because rest assured you will NOT get what you paid for. Look at his site now, he only accepts Money Orders & Checks. Did you lose your merchant account Mike? Perhaps if he didn't steal from his customers, he wouldn't have to worry about chargebacks. Talk to your attorney too, Susan. You viewed his web site on your computer in your State and used your printer to print out his stupid worthless repair authorization on your paper and you signed it in your home before sending it to Wisconsin. You should be able to sue him in your State despite his holier than thou wording on his site. Luckily, I have my Post Office branch manager ready to help me for my day in court. Yes Michael, you'll be visiting my court house now.
