On 11/25/16 I was talked into trying an extended warranty on 2010 Toyota Sienna. They charged me $99, which they agreed to refund if I canceled within 30 days. I called on 12/23/16 to cancel and they were closed, but I left a VM. On 12/26/16 I spoke to someone and canceled the contract. Not only did they not cancel it, but they continued to bill me for the next 4 months for 84.99 through Omnisure. I had decided to cancel because I could tell it would be complicated to get any reimbursement for any issues. The contract is wrapped in traps, and if you don't do everything exactly right, forget it. In reviewing my cc statement about 6 weeks ago, I realized they were still charging me. I called Omnisure and they agreed to stop billing me but said I had to contact VPD for a refund. I made in the neighborhood of 100 calls and left several VM's (after listening to ringing for 90 seconds before a machine came on), then finally reached someone after calling about 25 times in a row. She reviewed my paperwork and said I did cancel in time but they didn't process it correctly and agreed to send a check for 438.96 which I have not received. I have since been trying to call to no avail.

I contacted my VISA and they were able to dispute the last 3 charges but can't go back further than that. If I had disputed 6 weeks ago, I could have disputed all charges. Lesson learned.

Please do not get involved with these people. They don't answer your calls and don't return them. TG I canceled and am not depending on them for any type of service.
