Ventrino Software doesn't live up to their contract agreement of Lifetime Upgrade and Patches Bradenton Florida
I purchased two software scripts from Ventrino Software LLC. One of them I bought in October of 2006 and the other one more recently in the last few months. Part of their sale is that you will get free upgrades and patches for a lifetime.
After using the script for a year, I decided to offer my critisism in a very respectful way about some services included in their script and the fact that some don't work. I used their public forum as a venue for my suggestions.
Once I posted my comments in their forum, they were unhappy with me and banned my IP address. This stops me from downloading any upgrades or even from contacting them.
So I am effectively banned from their website and from getting any support for the product I purchased. They don't accept emails directly and only accept support inquiries through the website.
