So, we had a couple of professional opinions regarding our pool issues. I cannot possibly explain this in professional pool terms... Decking, concrete, etc. naturally expand and contract with changes in the weather. The way the deck and pool and tiles were done, the natural process of expansion and contraction is pushing the top row of tiles forward in this one section of the pool.
The ground is NOT shifting as Venture would prefer us to believe. Our issue is due to "POOR WORKMANSHIP". Unfortunately, this is not covered by warranty. Though you would think considering the numerous complaints on the internet, BBB, etc. that Venture would wish to fix their increasingly bad reputation.
All we can do is cough up $1300 to get this fixed so that we will not continue to have tiles popping off of our 3 yr old pool.
And we will continue to let as many people as cross our path know that Venture Custom Pools is not the smart choice to build there pool.
