Verizon Wireles Could not get there names due to phlegmatic Verizon employees, a Female and male. Demanding reseason for termination and acting phlegmatic in terminating the two year contract, Verizon validity reported Suspened. Aiea, Hawaii
On Dec,04,08 I made a police report of my laptop and accessories including the verizon internet card. In Dec,08,08 I made a verbal report in person and a written police report of stolen merchandise to verizon wireless which they responed, in a augmentation you have a two year contract, what is youre reason. I presented a drivers license, a written police report to a verizon employee who acted phlegmatic towards customer and argued to customer about customer name when this customer presented a drivers license to help verizon expedite the services. But what I got expostulate attitude. The respecfull requiste to terminate was declined and the offer to pay the early termination was also declined. Because verizon told customer it comes in the mail and we do not take payments. Unbeknowist to customer verizon had reported as suspened. Which is not what the customer asked for then. After all that verizon is making a incongruent statement that we are crediting his account this and that amount from month to month while biling me for service that is suspened till futher decision. We are charging him in-advance which is reason for overpayments that exceds the termination fee. I tried to report to BBB and the state attorney general but my complaint goes back to BBB of hawaii.
