Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
my husbands year old droid telephone broke and was unusable. he went into what appears to be a Verizon Wireless store. He was told by the employee that his phone was unavailable, so he purchased the model the employee told him was the closest to the droid. my husband paid over $200.00 for the new phone. we had paid that much for the first droid.

we moved from Delray Beach to Naples. To my knowledge our contract was over. When I called Verizon to confirm that, I was told my husbands phone number had the contract that expired, my phone was extended until sept 2013.
My husband is not an authorized signer on the account. He never received a copy of a contract, he signed a credit card copy for the $200.00 plus tax for a replacement phone. He never agreed to a new contract, he never signed up for a new contract because he is not authorized to, and Verizon never contacted me.

to add insult to injury the Verizon store he went into that has a Verizon Wireless sign and logo on it, is not a corporate store so corporate Verizon the people you talk to on the phone or in most stores can not help because the store on Congress and Atlantic is not corporately owned and it has its own rules.

The store gave me an email address of their regional manager, and the email address did not exist. Also I can not be given his phone number because he does not want to be bothered. When the corporate store tried to reach him, he was on vacation for an undetermined length of time. i now have spent hours and hours on this problem and i have gotten no where.
